As of this year 2023 and in order to speed up the processing of the registration of workers in the companies’ social security, a standard form has been designed for the companies to send it to their labor advisor every time they want to register a worker, with the necessary data to be able to efficiently process the registration of workers in the company.
To be able to process the registration of the worker in social security it will be INDISPENSABLE to fill in the “Contract Form” with all the requested data.
We must also attach a photocopy of the worker’s ID card and his/her Social Security number. In case of payment by bank transfer, photocopy of the bank account of payment.
In this way we avoid duplicity of information, incidences or possible claims by the Social Security, if the data have not been informed correctly.
If we do not receive the “Contract Form” duly completed and all the necessary documentation GREMICAT is not responsible for any claims or penalties that may arise from the contracting.
Remember to inform GREMICAT 24 hours in advance of the hiring (weekends and holidays do not count) to present the Contract on time. A worker cannot start his/her activity without being registered in Social Security. Registrations cannot be submitted retroactively. The penalties for these incidences are “very serious” and of high amounts.
