The General Treasury of the Social Security, has started to send to all the companies that have workers registered with Code of Account of Contribution (CCC) and to the self-employed a communication, from May 2025, and to us as a consultant’s office of which we have authorized its Code of Account of Contribution (CCC) and of the self-employed that we have authorized in the social security, in which they indicate that this year 2025 a new National Classification of Economic Activities has been approved (CNAE-2025) that is going to replace to the CNAE-2009.
In this same communication they inform them that it is necessary to update in social security the information of the new CNAE-2025 code.
They are also informed that they have until June 30, 2025, to communicate the update of the activity with the new list of activities CNAE-25, since there is no unique equivalence with the list of activities CNAE-09.
If you do not tell us otherwise, if you are a client and we have your authorization network before Social Security, Gremicat will update the activity of companies with workers and self-employed in social security, according to the new classification of the new CNAE-25 and the amount of the fees for this management are 40.00 € + VAT.
