2025 Income Tax Filing Season
The Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) will launch the 2025 Income Tax Filing Season on April 8, 2026, with the start of online services for confirming or modifying draft returns and filing income and wealth tax returns, and the season will end on June 30, 2026.
Our firm (Gremicat), starting Wednesday, April 22, 2026, with the necessary software already available, will be able to prepare and file income and wealth tax returns for all our clients as well as for those who request our services.
Regarding the draft requested on “Renta web,” all data must be reviewed, as it may not always include all the taxpayer’s actual information.
Clients for whom we have prepared income tax returns in previous years will receive an email containing the documentation we need for proper filing.
The deadline for filing 2025 tax returns via direct debit is June 25, 2026.
The deadline for filing the 2025 Income Tax Return and 2025 Wealth Tax Return is June 30, 2026.
