that employs workers under the general regime<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u2014<\/span>whether full-time or part-time\u2014<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>is required by Law 31\/1995 to hire a specialized firm (External Prevention Service) to provide the mandatory technical services and health monitoring.<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of a labor inspection, if the company has not contracted this service or does not have the required up-to-date documentation, the minimum fine imposed is \u20ac2,046.00.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Article 42 of the LPRL establishes that employers\u2019 failure to comply with their obligations regarding occupational risk prevention will give rise to administrative liabilities, as well as, where applicable, criminal and civil liabilities for any damages that may result from such noncompliance.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-87549d8 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"87549d8\"
