It is therefore extremely important that <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>they contract occupational risk prevention for their workers with an accredited prevention service<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that will be responsible for training workers and monitoring their health, among other things.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Labor Inspectorate, even if there has been no accident at work in the company, carries out constant and numerous checks to verify that companies comply with their labor obligations, as well as checking on site (at the workplace) the effective compliance with occupational risk prevention safety measures.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It also usually requires the following documents or accreditations, which the company must keep up to date:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Contract for external prevention services and proof of payment confirming its validity.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Contract for health surveillance services and proof of payment confirming its validity.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Occupational risk prevention plan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Risk assessment.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Preventive activity plan.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Training and information certificates for all workers.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Proof of delivery of personal protective equipment to workers.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Implementation of industrial hygiene measures.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Investigation of accidents and sick leave due to occupational illness.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Preventive resources (for work involving special risks, common in construction).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Certificates of fitness for all workers (based on medical examinations).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For further information, please consult our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gremicat.es\/en\/labour-consultancy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employment Advice service<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you find this interesting, please share it on social media.
